From the pre birth visit to helping with the birth preferences, providing resources and education to the actual birth and postpartum and breastfeeding support I truly don't think my husband and I could've done it without her! I ended up being induced at 38 weeks for hypertension and Katharine was integral to helping me create a positive, safe and nurturing birth environment. Having her there to help explain procedures and walk me through next steps was everything. She collaborated seamlessly with my nurse to support several pushing positions which helped my body progress naturally through labor. She also is just a thoughtful, kind hearted and supportive person and I'm so glad we were able to work together.
