Niki was a godsend as our postpartum doula the first few months after my second child was born. She came over twice a week in the evenings. We always looked forward to Niki nights! She’d snuggle our baby so we could give our toddler some individualized attention, and in those early days it was so great to find someone I could trust to hand him to and who he’d be comfortable with - that was a rarity! Niki also helped bring a sense of calm to our chaotic house, through her mere presence and demeanor and also by helping us keep up with baby laundry, washing pump and bottle parts, and tidying up toys. I loved when I got a quiet moment to chat with Niki about whatever was going on that week. She is so connected to our community and had amazing advice, recommendations, and resources. I’m so grateful that we had such a wonderful human to help us adjust to life as a family of four!
