I found Nicole online when I was 29 weeks pregnant and unsure whether hiring a doula was something I could realistically afford. She also let me borrow her birth sling and the position cards she custom made, which helped me feel much more prepared and confident going into labor. She even helped me find an acupuncturist that was covered by my insurance, which I truly appreciated.
One of the most impactful parts of Nicole’s support was how knowledgeable and evidence-based her approach was. Since she has medical experience, she was extremely knowledgeable about labor and delivery and really helped me make informed decisions throughout pregnancy and birth preparation. She also shared medical evidence based articles and resources with me, which helped me feel educated, empowered and confident in my choices.
Most importantly, she connected me with her doula Rachel, who ended up being there for my labor and delivery and was absolutely amazing!
