When my contractions started, she was only a call or text away and was very responsive and helped us figure out how far I was progressing with my coNtractions and when to head to the hospital. Once at the hospital, she stayed with us the entire time and gave valuable insights to help with decision making, helped me focus on my breathing, hip squeezes, moral support, everything!
