She taught me everything I know about feeding, pumping, baby sleep schedules, bathing, and caring for a newborn in general. Her expertise clearly comes from years of hands-on experience helping families, her daycare background, and her own experience as a mom. She also has a wealth of knowledge about children more broadly, which gave us so much confidence.
One of the things we appreciated most about Daisy is that she provides thoughtful guidance and a calm point of view when you are feeling overwhelmed or unsure, while also being deeply respectful and supportive of your own parenting preferences and goals. She is also incredibly caring and loving with our baby, who absolutely adores her. After several weeks of support, Daisy truly feels like family to us.
On top of everything else, Daisy is punctual, communicative, and highly organized. She provided detailed logs of feedings and diapers each day, had a very easy billing process, and made reimbursement through our employer childcare benefit (Carrot) completely seamless.
