When there are so many variables with the birth process and it seems as though nothing goes exactly to plan, I cannot express the level of confidence and comfort that my wife and I felt having Lola support us throughout the entire process.

For some additional context, my wife had complications in both pregnancies regarding a retained placenta. Throughout it all, Lola helped us to understand our options, was a calming presence during these scary and challenging moments, and helped us to have the birth that we wanted to have, even if it didn't go exactly to plan.
Lola was there for the birth of our son and now our daughter. She was there for the birth of our nephew. If anyone was looking for a doula to help them on their journey, I would recommend Lola without hesitation and with the highest regards for the work she does and the person she is.
