As first-time parents, my husband and I knew we wanted a doula, and we are so grateful we found Harmony. She provided us with so much helpful information about birth and what to expect, which made us feel prepared and confident going in. During labor, she was incredible and so supportive, especially when we had to make decisions that differed from my original birth plan. She was attentive throughout my hospital stay and made sure I was doing everything possible to safely deliver my baby girl. I pushed for 11 hours, and I truly don’t think I could have done it without her support and encouragement. For anyone looking for a doula, especially first-time parents, I can’t recommend Harmony enough. I would absolutely love to have her with me for future births!
