From the very beginning, Eliana has been very flexible with us. Knowing we live 2 hours away, she was very willing to accommodate so we could still meet! Eliana is very down to earth and instantly made me feel comfortable; whether it was over the phone, in person, and where it really counts, the actual labor. Eliana knew the right things to suggest, as well as the right things to say or act. She even took pictures on my phone without me realizing that I now get to look back on and cherish.
The home visit was wonderful too. She helped me complete the task I was reluctant upon, gave me some good advice/knowledge,and was nice to just sit and talk to.
