We had Sofia as our postpartum doula for the first 6 weeks of our daughter’s life, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her.
Going from one to two-under-two was incredibly overwhelming, and those early postpartum weeks were honestly really hard for me. Sofia completely turned that experience around. She is so knowledgeable when it comes to newborn sleep and nursing, and she taught me so much about establishing good routines early on. I truly think it is because of her that our baby figured out her days and nights much sooner than my first ever did.
But beyond that, the biggest gift she gave me was time: time to be present with my toddler during a transition that was just as big and chaotic for him. That meant everything to me.
She is calm, supportive, and truly knows what she’s doing. She has been a mom and you can tell that she truly loves what she does. Worth every single penny, and I would hire her again in a heartbeat if we have another!
