My husband and I learned so much and felt very well prepared! She also pours her heart into her work. I felt incredibly supported and cared for during my baby’s birth. Her compassionate, grounded and gentle nature made me feel very seen and heard. She has a special way of making you feel held and at ease. Her ability to connect and be present with you is invaluable. I also felt very empowered by her as she taught my husband and I how to advocate for ourselves at the hospital. She also actively advocated for us several times. We are so grateful to have shared with her and have her witness to the most precious day in our lives. She also captured many beautiful, priceless moments and memories through her photography which we will forever cherish. Our birthing process was a challenging one and Clara was there to meet us where we were at with calm encouragement. Our birth process would have been even more challenging, less certain and scary without her presence. We are forever grateful to Clara and treasure her time as our Birth Doula.
