I found Blake to have a very calm and reassuring presence during her time with us. She helped me with last minute newborn prep when my induction was scheduled suddenly and simultaneously helped me with toddler care during that period. My toddler is always excited when she babysits!
From laundry to washing any baby related fabric that needed freshening, doing dishes and bottle prep she was there to assist. She was assertive and proactive in what I needed done and helped organize any scattered brain thoughts I had as I spoke out loud. All while also helping with my now almost three year old.
She also helped watch my toddler during my stay in the hospital and continued to assist our family as we needed after our second came home. She always exceeded my personal expectation as to what she assisted with while with us. She answered all my newborn/postpartum questions. I surprisingly had so many as I learned who this whole new little human was. Blake also did her best to work with our schedule and always communicated promptly with us.
