I only have good things to say about Lauren! I just had my first baby in March and had Lauren as my doula. She came over three times during my pregnancy to go over everything there is to know about what goes on during labor at the hospital. It was very informative and she answered all of my questions and we went over my concerns and expectations for childbirth. When I was in the hospital giving birth, she was AMAZING!! I had an unmedicated birth and Lauren knew exactly what to do to help counter the pain from contractions. She worked so well with the team of nurses and the midwife while I was pushing to get me in better positions to help ease the pain as much as possible. After all of that, we scheduled a post partum visit where she got to see my little one and check up on me to make sure I was doing okay. I HIGHLY recommend hiring Lauren as your doula.
