Where do I begin?
I just recently gave birth, and Yolanda is my refferal for a labor doula to all of my friends & pregnant mamas!
Yolanda was our rock. My labor lasted 35 hours, and that woman was by our side, not giving up, not sleeping, doing everything in her might to deliver the baby naturally, as that was our wish. She would do labor exercises with you which are everything but easy to accomplish. Forget about doing it on your own! She made sure those 35 hours were on the highest level of care. We were truly blessed with her. She was an active listener. She heard me and put me first as a mom. She possesses a know-how, asks great questions to providers, and has a phenomenal bedside manner.
In my opinion having a doula by your side, during the most important moment of your life, is more important than a push present. I recommend Yolanda from the HEART!
