We decided to look for a doula because I had recently lost my mom and was nervous about going through the birth experience without her, and I'm so glad we chose Enza. She was the warm and calming presence that I needed in the room - there to listen, hold my hand, and just remind me that I could do it. I felt incredibly comforted by Enza's deep experience and knowledge. She knew our nurses well and the way they worked together during my labor was really amazing! Enza's support after my daughter's birth was also very welcomed and helpful. She checked in frequently in the days after baby's arrival and at intervals in the weeks and months following, offering advice on feeding and sleep and making sure my husband and I were adjusting to parenthood.
