During the prenatal phase, she spent quality time walking us through different scenarios both smooth and challenging that could arise on delivery day. This helped us feel mentally prepared and confident. She also explained the doula guide in detail with practical examples and worked closely with me to create a clear and thoughtful birth plan.
On the day of delivery, she arrived at the hospital at 5 AM and was an absolute pillar of support during active labour. She worked seamlessly alongside the nurses and guided me through various birthing positions, constantly adapting to what would help most. She was very attentive to my well-being and offered real-time suggestions that made a big difference.
Postpartum, she visited us again, spent time with the baby, clicked some beautiful pictures with us, and shared practical tips on handling a newborn. Most importantly, she reassured us and instilled confidence that we were doing well as new parents.
