I’m still in awe and processing everything that happened on delivery night. The sounds, the voices, the intensity of it all are still so vivid in my mind. Through that experience, one thing is crystal clear: I truly do not think my husband and I could have done it without Jessica and the other doulas in the team!
My labor became very difficult and far from what we had expected. In the hardest moments, when contractions felt overwhelming, I would look at Jessica and focus on her voice. Her calm presence became my anchor in the storm. She brought strength, steadiness, and peace into a room that felt so intense.
She was also incredible support for my husband, keeping him grounded, praying with him, and helping him stay strong when everything became uncertain.
When things suddenly changed and I needed a C-section, Jessica continued to show up for us in the most beautiful way. As soon as our baby was born, she immediately helped with breastfeeding and supported his latch so seamlessly. He breastfed for 40 minutes right after birth, which felt like such a precious and empowering start.
Jessica’s care goes far beyond support. She carries compassion, wisdom, calm, and genuine love into one of the most vulnerable moments a family can experience.
The work she does is beautiful, sacred, and life-changing. We are endlessly grateful for her and would recommend her with all our hearts.
