Nothing could've been further than the truth. The hospital staff was GLAD we had a doula. From the moment we hired her, Noleen brought a calm, incredibly experienced hand to the whole process for us. Aside from the countless resources and endless advice leading up to the big day, Noleen created a bridge for us to the hospital staff. I never felt confused or lost, because she was there to guide us the whole time. I’d hire Noleen again every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.
