I feel so lucky to have had Bree at two of my births, one for my VBAC and one for my home birth.
Bree is absolutely the best. I think I loved her even before she supported me, and after experiencing her care during both births, I love her even more.
There was a moment during my VBAC when I was extremely vulnerable from exhaustion, and that is when Bree truly stood out to me. If I had not had her there, I probably would have followed what the provider said without pausing to consider it. Because of her, we were able to have a push through VBAC.
When I recently had my third baby, she was there to support me and my husband again. I remember her walking into the room, and I just felt so relieved to see her. I knew that I was in good hands and she’ll be there to support me and my husband. I wish I could birth 100 more babies so I can just have her again. That’s how awesome she is.
She is worth the investment!! You want a doula that will make you comfortable, fight for the birth you envision, and support you through prenatal, birth, and postpartum.
