Before she started, our son would only contact sleep, and my husband and I were taking 6-hour shifts staying awake just to hold him so he could sleep. We were completely exhausted and didn’t know how to transition him to sleeping independently. Amazingly, on her very first night with us, she was able to get him to sleep in his bassinet—and he has been sleeping in his bassinet ever since. That alone was life-changing for our family.
What stood out most was how intuitive and supportive she was—not just with our baby, but with us as new parents. She answered questions without judgment, offered helpful suggestions, and truly tailored her care to our needs.
Because of her, we were able to get much-needed sleep and feel more confident navigating those early newborn days. She also helped with meal prepping and tidying around the house.
