But what truly sets her apart is how deeply she cares—not just for our baby, but for me as a mother entering postpartum. She went above and beyond by coordinating newborn care specialists when we needed extra support, and she consistently checked in outside of work hours with helpful messages, ideas, and reassurance. Her adaptability was also amazing—she seamlessly adjusted as our needs changed, from supporting us in our room while I was establishing breastfeeding, to transitioning downstairs once I was able to pump and prepare bottles.
Overall, I am so grateful to have had Justine as part of this journey. She supported our family through one of the most challenging yet fulfilling times of our lives. Even now, she continues to check in on both me and my baby, which speaks volumes about the kind of person she is.
