We were first time parents and had hit our limit with the sleep deprivation. Having no family or any other help around, we looked into night care for our then 2 month old. During our initial zoom meet and greet, I found that she was just super personable, down to earth and we related on a handful of things. She showed empathy and understanding with our current situation, which brought me comfort knowing that she understood, as a mom herself, and she would truly care for our baby and cater to his needs.
it was an easy decision to hire Chelsea after the zoom call! I was so nervous that our son would freak out being with someone he didn't know, that he'd cry whenever he was picked up or given a bottle, and not having him sleep in the same room with us for the first time made me so nervous and guilty. But Chelsea was awesome.. she said he didn't cry at all which was a huge relief. My husband and I were able to get the sleep we needed, while Chelsea cared for our little guy and in the morning delivered a thorough and detailed run down of how the night went. We would definitely reach out to her again for any future needs!
