Sheila was honestly the best thing about my birth (besides the baby). I would have never been able to get through it the way i did without her. she's amazing at what she does and knows exactly what she's doing. Beyond knowledgeable! She kept me as calm and collected as you could be during labor. For it being my first time - i have her to thank for having such a good experience and will 100% be calling her for the next one! i had so many questions and concerns and she walked me through each and everyone of them and stayed by my side the entire time. I'm a very worrisome person and she was able to keep me grounded the whole time and i can't thank her enough. We had lots of laughs and happy cries and it was just perfect. genuinely so grateful to have met her and have her as my doula!
