I knew I wanted to stay moving and meditative during labor. Bethany was able to guide me in customized somatic sessions prenatally which I was able to pull from and ask for in labor. I specifically remember asking for her to guide me in a sacral visualization and it helped me get back in my rhythm.
I desired an unmedicated and physiological birth and felt Bethany helped me hold this vision. She respected my privacy and let me lead in what I needed and was there when I needed her most. She knew what to say and when silence was also needed.
She even made us a birth book that has a detailed story of labor and baby’s birthday. I’ll cherish those little insights and details forever.
Bethany was there for our family postpartum as well. She prepped us meals and snacks, gave me body work, and customized foot baths to release and renew.
