Finding Allison was such a blessing.
From the very beginning, she made me feel safe, heard, and understood. She held space for my fears from my first birth while helping me rebuild confidence and trust in my body again. That alone meant more to me than I can put into words.
During labor and delivery, her presence was everything. She brought a sense of calm and grounding into the room that I didn’t even realize I needed. When things felt overwhelming, she helped center me. When I doubted myself, she reminded me of my strength. I never felt alone—not for a second.
Because of her, I was able to have a completely different experience this time—one where I felt empowered, supported, and truly cared for.
And even after birth, she didn’t just disappear. She continued to check in, to support me, and to make sure I was okay during such a tender and vulnerable time.
I can say with my whole heart that my birth experience was better because of Allison. I will forever be grateful for the way she showed up for me during one of the most important moments of my life.
