Jaya and Kiona were instrumental in making our birth process smoother and setting us off on our parenthood journey on the right foot post partum. Kiona was with us during our C-section and her help during the golden hour to get the baby to latch and get his first feed was priceless. Post-partum, we had no family help due to unforeseen circumstances but Jaya and Kiona helped us learn the ropes of parenthood and taught us to approach the chaos in an orderly manner. Jaya and Kiona helped me recover from my C-section and get active sooner, taught my spouse how to support me with the baby, and helped keep our home clean and organized in the meantime, which helped a lot with our postpartum mental health. Jaya and Kiona's help in supporting my breastfeeding journey also helped me get to a point where my baby is exclusively breastmilk-fed.
