From start to finish, she was a constant source of knowledge, support, and reassurance during one of the most intense and meaningful experiences of our lives. Jessi was always available and quickly answered our texts, even reminding us that my initial "cramps" might disappear during the day and then come back at night and reminded us to eat bc labor might start. She was exactly right! That was the beginning of our labor experience even though during our check up they told us it might be a couple of more days of a week, Jessi was the one that was spot on !
Her support went far beyond what we ever expected—emotionally, physically, and mentally. She knew exactly how to guide us, even reminding my husband to get food and helping me breathe through the whole experience. When we had to deal with complications, I would look at her for reassurance that we were taking the best next step and her calmness helped me tremendously. She stayed with us the whole time, helped us with different techniques, helped my husband move things and even helped the nurses.
