We have worked with Phelicia for both of our children for postpartum doula services. She was one of the on call birth doulas for both our children. She is so professional, experienced and trustworthy. Our first child was colicy and had some feeding challenges in the beginning. Phelicia was an amazing resource in troubleshooting and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to feeding (she helped me set up my pumps, taught me how to do paced bottle feeding, advised on different positions, recommended a lactation consultant). She has provided overnight nighttime support and is so professional and I have no concerns when I hand my baby over to her in the evening. She truly is one of the biggest lifesavers during this difficult postpartum period and so lucky that we were able to find someone we trust into our home and care for our children during these first few weeks.
