Everyone in our house (including the dogs:)) would get instantly relaxed once Danielle had her calming presence. Not once did I feel judged on any account, rather a supportive smile and an encouraging nod on the other end. Danielle always asked clarifying questions to take care of my daughter and sent detailed notes at the end of her shift, which made me very comfortable to sleep and rest whenever she came.
