Christina is absolutely amazing! She exudes a calming energy and has been an incredible support for me during this third trimester. I discovered her through the Charleston Girl’s group, and I’m so grateful I decided to connect with her. During our initial phone call, I felt overwhelmed after learning that my baby was breech and at risk for a C-section. Christina reassured me and explained the various options available before considering that path.
This past weekend, we had a float session where she introduced me to some stretches and inversions to help turn the baby. Additionally, I enjoyed relaxing in her wonderful pregnancy floats, which alleviated some tension and pressure in my back and hips. Christina is highly knowledgeable and has genuinely been a cheerleader for me throughout this journey. I highly recommend attending her float sessions and any other services she offers!
