We hired Nikki as my birth doula for my 4th baby, and I really wish we had for our first 3 kids! She came highly recommended to me by my midwife, and after chatting with her I knew she was the perfect fit for us. She is experienced, knowledgeable, calm, and encouraging.
Nikki was amazing at checking in every week, sharing education & meditations for natural birth, and answering quickly when I had a question I needed guidance on. Our birth prep day was very in depth and we felt well prepared after that, learning some new things even after 3 kids!
On the day my daughter was born, Nikki was in contact throughout and met us at the hospital quickly. I couldn’t have made it thru that intense labor & delivery medication free with a sunny side up baby without her! Nikki had tons of birth tools to make it more comfortable and advocated for everything I wanted in my birth plan. She used heat and massage and pressure points that helped A TON. She was super encouraging and thru every contraction helped me through and told me when I was at the peak and almost done, which was huge for me mentally. After our baby was born, she stayed and made sure I was hydrated, our baby was latching well, and that I was comfortable.
I truly cannot recommend Nikki enough! This was my best birth experience by far. ??
