I can’t say enough great things about my doula, Sheila. This was my fourth birth, but my first time having a doula and trying for a natural birth and I truly couldn’t have done it without her. She supported me every step of the way with breathing techniques, massages, and talking me through each contraction.
She also helped my husband understand how to support me, which made such a big difference. Throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, she was always there answering my questions, explaining everything, and making sure I felt informed and confident.
Sheila truly cares and loves what she does, and it shows. We are always going to remember her whenever I tell my birth story, she’ll be a big part of it. She’s the best, and I highly recommend her!!! ??
