We cannot recommend Jill highly enough! We hired her as our birth doula and she went above and beyond for us. She is very knowledgable, kind, and helpful. She makes the whole process of birth and breastfeeding feel more approachable and doable, even when it is very challenging (and trust me, it was). She met with us and responded to texts prior to the birth as much as we needed. She was very responsive post-partum when I was having trouble breastfeeding and immediately came over to offer us guidance. She provided wonderful referrals for additional support as needed (e.g. ongoing lactation consultation). Even though I had to have a c-section ultimately, just having the resources to get through hours of laboring was so helpful because I trusted myself and my support team to get me through it well. That helped me relax and reduced my pain. We will definitely hire her again if we ever decide to go through this wild process again :)
