I truly don’t know what I would’ve done without my postpartum doula Alyssa. She came for just 4 hours and completely poured into me and my family. She helped with my 2 younger girls, cleaned my kitchen, did baby laundry, made sure I pumped, fed me, kept me hydrated, and encouraged me to actually rest.
