Rachel was my Doula who agreed to take me out as a client in my third trimester when I decided I really should have a Doula. She took the time to really get to know what I was looking for and provide me with a lot of resources to help me and my partner feel prepared for labor. I'm eternally grateful that I sought out her services and was able to have her be a part of my birth story.
Rachel has the knowledge, experience, and ability to emotionally attune with doula clients to help them achieve their birth plans and to help when conditions present that require deviation from birth plans. I felt very well cared for having Rachel as my nurse/Doula. Her breath coaching got me through extreme pain in transition. I highly recommend her.
