I cannot recommend Rachel enough! She was truly an incredible part of my birth experience from start to finish.
Leading up to my delivery, Rachel provided the education that helped me feel confident, prepared, and fully in control of my choices. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and made me feel completely supported in those wishes.
My goal was to labor at home as long as possible and basically show up at the hospital ready to push and thanks to Rachel’s guidance, that’s exactly what happened. We arrived at 9cm dilated, and just two hours later, we were holding our baby. I honestly don’t think that would have been possible without her calm direction and encouragement.
Her postpartum support meant so much, she checked in, validated my feelings, and made me feel so much less alone during such an emotional transition.
Rachel is everything you would want in a doula, knowledgeable, supportive, calming, and truly invested in your experience. I’m so grateful she was part of our journey and hope to work with her again with future babies!!
