She was great about checking in via texts to make sure I felt prepared at all steps of the journey, and she always followed up with resources to help with my questions and challenges. She supported my individual preferences for labor and delivery, and during my time in the hospital she was a comforting presence. Although I was lucky enough to have a smooth delivery, I was glad to have the peace of mind that Rachel would be there to support me if the labor became complicated.
