Testimonial for CHELSEA MASSEY
Chelsea was our postpartum doula for our firstborn child. We met her ahead of time, and her first official shift was our first night home from the hospital. Chelsea was punctual (and even brought me treats), knowledgeable (she taught us new ways to get our fussy baby to pass gas), and helped us get some well-needed sleep during the early days. She was fantastic at soothing our baby, knowing when to bring her for feeding vs when to work on other ways of soothing. She would bring me water or snacks to my bedside when I was feeding so I never needed to get out of bed. She would also help with baby laundry, wash bottles + pump parts, and never left any mess.
It's such an important thing to trust the person taking care of your newborn, and I am grateful to have had Chelsea in our village taking care of our baby.
