Armed with this information, I felt like I was in the driver's seat the whole time and that was incredibly comforting.
Before delivery, I also felt supported with the exercises and prep work she directed me to. These resources made me feel prepared for birth, plus doing the exercises on the regular helped me navigate a couple hairy moments during labor.
