We hired Tonya at about ~2 months to help with my transition going back to an hour-heavy work rotation. She was great with our little one, and allowed us to get extra sleep (despite having a small apartment, we never heard anything overnight !) . She also helped fold laundry, offered tips on baby care personalized to our child, and brought healthy snacks every so often. We are very grateful for her help in a time of big transition and would recommend her to anyone else looking for a doula , even for a short period of time !
