With no family nearby and me recovering from a surgical birth, Jessica stepped in to help us with breastfeeding guidance, breast pump logistics, cleaning endless bottle parts and soothing the baby so we could sleep. Our baby loved her kind, gentle energy and so did we. She was very understanding and flexible in her schedule for the first few, frantic weeks which made a huge difference for us.
