Best choice I have ever made prior the baby was born. and I need to give Lauren the best credits on helping me get through the most difficult postpartum depression and anxiety time. My partner left me after the baby was born 3 weeks, and so many family drama happened in a short period of times. My PPD and PPA got worse and worse, and even had negative thoughts to end my life.
