Sarah was a huge help after the birth of my second daughter. Having a 17 month old and a newborn was overwhelming and she helped make it manageable. She was punctual and flexible with her hours and fit into our home from the moment she walked in. She was able to seamlessly engage with my toddler while caring for my newborn. She could read the room and anticipate everyone's needs.
