This was my first time meeting Nikki in person. She is as sweet in person as she is over texts and phone calls. We had to reschedule my class due to me having a respiratory infection a few weeks ago and she was super understanding and worked with my limited availability due to trying to arrange child care. Even as a second time mom the class was amazing and I learned things about how labor can go and different things to do to help with contractions and keeping labor progressing that I did not know or even consider the first time. After having a rougher induction with pushback over my wants and my husband and I not knowing the best way to advicate for myself during that labor. I feel fully confident when I say that this time labor will be different even if it ends up in a medically necessary induction again. She's already given me lots of tips on how to advicate for myself that I did not have the first time.
