From the very first call, we loved Brooke. She has such a kind, calm, and positive presence that immediately put us at ease. We had planned to interview multiple doulas, but after speaking with her, we knew she was the one and signed with her right away.
Throughout pregnancy, she provided so many helpful resources, and our meetings left us feeling supported, informed, and truly prepared for a natural, unmedicated labor.
During labor, Brooke was an incredible support. She came fully prepared and was exactly what we needed every step of the way. While we had a beautiful labor, things unexpectedly turned emergent after our baby was delivered. Brooke never left our side—she helped keep me calm and protected not only me and my husband, but also our family in the room during a very intense and emotional time.
When my husband and baby were transferred, she continued to stay by my side, and even after discharge, she checked in frequently, which meant so much to us.
One of the most meaningful things she did was capture so many moments—through notes, pictures, and videos—that helped us process and remember parts of the experience our minds had blocked out. Because of her, what could have remained a traumatic memory has become something truly beautiful that we can look back on with gratitude.
Her postpartum visit was also incredibly healing. She created a safe space for us to share, validated our emotions, and helped us better understand everything that happened.
We truly cannot imagine going through this experience without Brooke, and we cannot recommend her enough.
