Heather is fantastic! She worked in a pair with Michelle Finch. This meant that she came to our house twice while I was pregnant, and was available afterwards to meet or assist with breastfeeding. Working in a pair also meant that I was certain someone (or possibly both of them) would be available for my entire labour. Heather is very personable and I trusted her instinctively. She is very knowledgable and passionate about the work that she does. If you have a breastfeeding issue, Heather is your gal! Overall, hiring a doula was the best money I have ever spent and I recommend them to every single one of my pregnant friends.
