Laura was my doula for my third baby and it was my first experience using a doula. I had a traumatic birth experience 7 years prior to this and Laura was knowledgable & compassionate and helped make my birth plan a reality for this baby. I felt supported starting from the first phone call through the entire labor and post-partum. She helped me find a great midwife. Laura is a very genuine person, very caring, knowledgeable, patient, and uplifting. She called and touched base with me often throughout my pregnancy and post-partum, which I found very comforting. During labor, Laura spent many hours with me, and helped me be as comfortable as was possible, as well as provided emotional support. I am thankful that Laura was part of my birth team and I would highly recommend hiring her as your doula!
