"We have three children under 6 and a fourth coming this week! :) I also have some chronic illnesses that has made moving around much and caring for our family and home more challenging-especially this last trimester. My husband and I decided it was time to call Libby! She has been doing meal prep for us for several weeks now. Shopping at the co-op, cutting vegetables, and making a variety of meats and healthy snacks. Her meat-especially chicken is delicious (we have been freezing it labeled as Libby’s chicken-so we know it is the best!)! Her cutting our potatoes, and vegetables, going shopping, and cooking our meat now makes putting together healthy meals for my family so easy! It saves my husband and I so much time and energy(many hours each week)-and allows us to eat healthy in ways we wouldn’t have because my lack of ability in this season! We are so grateful and feel like Libby is an answer to prayers through her gifting of meal prep(which far exceeded our expectations) and her joyous, flexible, peaceful, trustworthy presence!
