Hiring Thais as our postpartum doula was one of the best decisions we made for our family. As first-time parents to our daughter Ayhika, her support during those early weeks meant so much to us.
Thais was always punctual, gentle, and incredibly caring with Ayhika. She had a wonderful way of calming her whenever she was fussy or gassy, which was so reassuring for us. She also helped me with breastfeeding, especially with getting a good latch in different positions, including the side-lying position that made feeds much more comfortable.
She shared many helpful tips with us, such as how to properly store and freeze pumped breastmilk, and she guided us through Ayhika’s first baby bath as well. Before delivery, she even did a home visit and gave thoughtful recommendations for baby products, which really helped us prepare.
She was always very responsive whenever we had questions. Her calm presence, experience, and genuine care made our postpartum journey much smoother. We are very grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to any new parents.
