She shared so many helpful tips and pieces of advice that we honestly wouldn’t have thought of on our own, which made us feel much more prepared.
One of the things I appreciated most was how she educated us on the entire childbirth experience and what to expect at each stage. She even did role-play with us to walk through different scenarios we might encounter with medical staff, which helped us feel more confident in advocating for ourselves and making informed decisions.
