My husband and I felt so supported and held by Lola for the birth of our first child. From the moment she arrived at the hospital, we felt her nurturing, caring, and positive energy. We experienced a very long labor but Lola kept calm and helped us naviagate every step of the journey. She is an excellent communicator and was able to effortlessly manage all of the communications with the hospital staff through multiple shift changes, allowing me to stay focused on laboring. She is so natural at making you feel comfortable, without any judgement, and SO well cared for! Her presence ensured our birth preferences were honored to every extent possible and we would work with her again and again... no hesitation. Her personality and style were truly the best fit for our family and we feel so thankful for her. As the laboring person, I treasure our birth story and the time spent with Lola before, during, and after the birth of our sweet baby boy.
